Trade-Van Cooperating with a Japanese Company on Promoting their Cross-Border e-commerce Business

      Trade-Van Information Services Co. represented by its chairman, Alan Hsu, and its vice chairman, Gary Ho, signed the cooperative agreement with , Japan represented by its president, Mr. Junya Tsutsumi to integrate the two companies’ resources and create their business in China and south-east Asia.

 

      The agreement focuses on 3 points: Firstly, the two companies can build up a cross-border e-commerce trade platform, and  can transfer the cargo and packages been sent to China and south-east Asia in Taiwan. Moreover, Tradeunited Technology (Shanghai) Limited (subsidiary of Trade-Van) will also join the team to promote and introduce Taiwanese and Japanese high-quality products to China and south-east Asia. Secondly, due to that Trade-Van has helped Taiwan government build up the foreign visitors’ VAT refund service platform which can help them easily and quickly finish their tax refund work via multiple ways, the two companies discussed the cooperative possibility based on the tax refund service of Japan. Finally, because Trade-Van has developed its business about electronization of custom clearance service, and its services relate to almost everything of people’s daily lives, the two companies will keep looking for more solutions of trade facilitation applied to other countries and areas.

 

      This is the first case Trade-Van’s chairman, Mr. Alan Hsu, leading his company to expand its business abroad since he succeeded Trade-Van’s leadership as the chairman on 15th August, 2016.
